About the Founder Andrea Morgan, CNA, CHW, AA in Health Services Founder & Lead Consultant, E.L.M.OR
Andrea Morgan is the visionary behind E.L.M.OR, a consulting and community support firm built on the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to live fully, effectively, and with dignity regardless of background, ability, or life circumstances.
With over 18 years of experience in the healthcare field and navigating complex systems as a caregiver and advocate Andrea brings a rare and powerful combination of clinical insight, strategic thinking, and deep compassion to her work.
Andrea holds credentials as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Community Health Worker (CHW), and an Associate of Arts Degree (AA ) in Health Services. Her expertise ranges from direct caregiving, Medicaid renewal assistance, and healthcare navigation to inclusive family coaching and accessible event planning. She is especially passionate about helping neurodiverse individuals and their families feel seen, supported, and empowered.
As a professional, caregiver, and parent, Andrea knows that real solutions don’t always come from checklists; they come from listening, learning, and leading with heart. That’s the foundation of everything E.L.M.OR stands on.
