Educational & Life Supports
At E.L.M.OR, we offer a person-centered approach through a comprehensive, empowering process. Our services begin with a comprehensive Intake Needs Assessment, during which we review relevant medical and educational history to identify and provide tailored support. This includes IEP assistance such as attending meetings, interpreting evaluations along with guidance on accessibility tools and independent living needs.
With the help and collaboration of Rights Education, Advocacy Training, and Partnering Agency, we equip individuals and families with essential knowledge about their rights under IDEA, ADA, Medicaid, and more. Certifying them to advocate for themselves confidently.
Our Support Coordination & Referrals connect clients to essential services such as therapists, financial assistance, and state programs. We also provide Skill-Building for Daily Living, teaching practical skills like budgeting, cooking, hygiene, transportation, and social interaction to enhance independence.
Family & Caregiver Collaboration is central to our approach. We work closely with caregivers to align goals and create a consistent, supportive network through practical support, creating a village that you can count on. To promote inclusion and well-being, our Community Integration efforts help individuals engage in recreational, educational, and vocational opportunities, reducing isolation and building confidence. We provide Ongoing Support & Advocacy, offering long-term guidance, regular check-ins, and help navigating complex systems to ensure each person continues to grow and thrive. Life Support
At E.L.M.OR, our coaching services are designed to support personal growth, build essential life skills, and guide individuals through key transitions. Assisting you with creating goals by doing an Initial Assessment to identify strengths, challenges, and aspirations, co-creating SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals tailored to each person's journey. Building a rapport with each of our clients and their families is the heart of our coaching. We create a safe, supportive space that encourages honest reflection and collaborative growth. From there, we develop personalized Skill Development Plans focused on critical areas like communication, decision-making, time management, and emotional regulation.
Through Transitions Support, we help individuals navigate life changes—such as moving from high school to adulthood or exploring new career paths—by providing clear guidance and system navigation.
Our coaching promotes Empowerment Through Self-Awareness, using reflective tools like journaling, vision boards, and assessments to build confidence and clarity. We also assist in identifying barriers and problem-solving, working through challenges with a strengths-based and adaptive approach.
To maintain momentum, we offer Progress Monitoring & Accountability, regularly checking in on goals, celebrating wins, and adjusting strategies as needed.
